Refund/Exchange Policy:

  • Products will not be accepted for return if they match the product description and images provided.
  • If the product matches the description and images, returns will not be accepted.
  • However, you can exchange the received product for another product of equal or greater value (you will need to pay the difference if the new product is more expensive).
  • Products of lesser value cannot be exchanged.
  • The customer will bear the costs of shipping/delivery for the exchange.

Warranty:

  • Products with warranties will be provided with warranty service by us.

  • The customer will bear the costs of shipping/delivery to and from the service center for warranty service.

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags and labels intact.
